On March 11th, Beijing Jingcheng Mechinery & Electric Holding Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “JCME”) and Baotou Steel (Group) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Baotou Group”) held a ceremony to sign a strategic cooperation agreement.
