Beijing Jingcheng Machinery Electric Holding Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Jingcheng Machinery Electric) and Qingdao Aucma Holding Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Aucma Group”) have held a signing ceremony for a strategic cooperation agreement at the headquarters of Aucma Group recently.
Both parties will give full play to their respective advantages on aspects such as technologies, markets, capital, finance, management, brands and commercial resources in this cooperation, and will develop in-depth cooperation in key fields such as intelligent manufacturing, home appliances manufacturing, refrigeration equipment, robots, 3D printing, machine tools, environmental protection, hydraulic equipment, gas storage and transportation, energy equipment, intelligent home and special automobiles. Especially, in the key links related to the home appliance manufacturing field, both parties will cooperate in integrated innovation and engineering application integrated with the new generation of information technology and manufacturing equipment on aspects such as key process intelligentialization, replacement by robots in key positions, intelligent optimization control during production process and optimization of supply chains, so as to promote the implementation of the manufacturing equipment upgrading of Aucma and the intelligent factory construction project. In addition, both parties will explore in-depth cooperation on aspects such as mixed-ownership reform, technical cooperation, supply chain integration, investment cooperation, fund cooperation and industry base construction in the crossed fields of equipment manufacturing and home appliance manufacturing.
