On September 12, Beiren Group Corporation (affiliated to Beijing Jingcheng Machinery Electric Holdings Co., Ltd.) and DoBe Group held a signing ceremony to secure their strategic cooperation. The two parties signed the Agreement for Space Management Counseling Service in Fengtai High-Tech Park. According to the agreement, Beiren Group would introduce the DoBe Smart-Chain Co-creation system, which could well integrate the industrial chain and resource advantages to provide full-cycle park operation services for Beiren Group in the Park and improve its operation.
As an expert in promoting smartization of high-tech parks, DoBe Smart-Chain Co-creation aims at making the strategic cooperation program an exemplotary program with its rich experience and expertise to build a high-quality characteristic park. Beiren Group is a critical enterprise responsible for the operation and services in the science and culture park subordinated to Beijing Jingcheng Machinery Electric Holdings Co., Ltd. The strategic operation does not only mark the accomplishment of Beiren Group’s staged goals but also stands for a new beginning of implementing the strategic initiative to “align with first-class enterprises, and improve comprehensive quality and efficiency", marking that the quality upgrading of Fengtai Park has entered a new stage.
The two parties promise to collaborate in three agreed directions: space quality, value-added services and team building. Through deep and continuous cooperation in the new cycle, Fengtai High-Tech Park would continue to bear fruits of cooperation in the subsequent upgrading process, and provide useful lessons and impetus for Beiren Group to build a high-quality characteristic park during the "14th Five-Year Plan" period.
